Puzzle Pay – Child Safety & Parental Guidance

At Puzzle Pay, children’s safety comes first. We are parents too, and we’ve designed Puzzle Pay to support learning while keeping families in full control.

1. Parents Are Always in Control

  • Only parents/guardians can create and manage accounts.

  • Children cannot sign up or receive rewards without a parent’s permission.

  • Parents choose what type of rewards are available (pocket money, screen time, activities).

2. Age-Appropriate Content

  • All puzzles are short, fun, and educational — covering subjects like maths, reading, and logic.

  • Content is tailored to age groups, so younger children aren’t shown puzzles that are too advanced.

  • No advertising, in-app purchases, or unsuitable material will ever be shown to children.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect the minimum data needed to run the service.

  • Children’s data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

  • Parents can request deletion of their child’s data at any time.

4. Rewards

  • Rewards are managed by parents, not Puzzle Pay.

  • Pocket money or screen time limits are set by parents.

  • We encourage balance — rewards are designed to support healthy habits, not replace them.

5. Online Safety

  • Children do not interact with strangers or other users inside Puzzle Pay.

  • No chat, forums, or public sharing features are included.

  • The app is a safe, closed environment between parents and children.
