Puzzle Pay – Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Puzzle Pay. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscriptions.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your Puzzle Pay subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@puzzlepay.co.uk

  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • After your billing period ends, you will not be charged again and your access will stop.

2. Refunds

  • We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused time once a billing period has started.

  • If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you will still have full access until that period ends.

  • In special cases (such as technical problems that prevent you from using Puzzle Pay), we may issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe this applies.

3. Free Trials & Promotions

  • If you signed up during a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.

  • You can cancel during the trial period at no cost.

  • Promotional offers may have specific terms — these will be clearly shown when you sign up.
