1. Cancelling Your Subscription

When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

After your billing period ends, you will not be charged again and your access will stop.
2. Refunds

We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused time once a billing period has started.

If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you will still have full access until that period ends.

In special cases (such as technical problems that prevent you from using Puzzle Pay), we may issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe this applies.
3. Free Trials & Promotions

If you signed up during a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.

You can cancel during the trial period at no cost.
